ABOUT ME

Put yourself in a movie scene shot in a small, rural community where everyone knows everyone and there is only one stoplight and it blinks yellow. Almost Andy Griffith like to say the least. A place where main street is 2-3 blocks long and the graduating class is 25 people that have been together since they were 6 years old. A place where the closest movie theater and McDonald’s, or fast food of any kind, is 30 miles away. We had a lot in common with Mayberry! This scene is right out of my childhood. I am from a small Kansas town of less than 3,000 people. As a result, I found myself somewhat out of the loop and a bit naïve as I began to travel and see other parts of the United States.
Both my sister and I were adopted by two very loving parents. My mother has since passed on to the Lord, my father is still living and continues to be an inspiration, and I thank God for both of them everyday. After graduating from high school I went on to college and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. My love of exercise and desire to become physically fit started at a very young age and has been my driving force for my choices to become a personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder.
My personal mission statement is “to become the ultimate professional who believes in making a difference by impacting a person’s mind, body and spirit. “ My purpose is to enlighten, encourage and give back from those Blessings that I have been given. My desire is to become an IFBB professional and to keep improving by presenting a more symmetrical, feminine, tighter physique.
I thank God everyday for the Blessings and Gifts he has given me and pray that I use those gifts to do what he has set out for me to do. May the Lord Bless and Keep you!!

“Glorify God in your body, and in your Spirit, which are God’s.”
