Hi! I’m Michelle — an ACD with a conceptual mind and keen eye for design that helps brands deliver impactful creative to all kinds of people. Over the last 10+ years, I have had the pleasure of working across industries for numerous B2B and B2C clients — and applied my multidisciplinary expertise to reposition and redefine, increase engagement, improve sentiment and drive sales. I have led and developed teams of people who produce great work and better company culture.

My unique architectural background has greatly influenced my creative approach and execution: purposeful, functional, and visually pleasing. It also laid a foundation for my workplace philosophy: passion takes you far, always persevere, and be open to criticism — no matter what.
